The Simple Open House® application (the “Application”), among other things, collects and maintains personal information. This Privacy Policy is designed to explain how “Simple Open House” collects, uses and discloses personal information of prospective, current, and former users of the Application. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Simple Open House does not own or control, or to individuals that Simple Open House does not employ or manage. Please review this Privacy Policy, which governs your use of the Application, to understand its practices. By using the Application, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Simple Open House collects and stores any information you enter in the Application or provide to Simple Open House in any other way. The two primary types of personal information Simple Open House collects from you include:

• Contact Information – such as your name, email address, and telephone number
• Physical Location – where available, the Application uses a device’s integrated global position system (“GPS”) to determine your current physical location during use of the Application

The primary reasons Simple Open House collects personal information are to (1) validate and authenticate your identity, (2) provide products and services that you have requested, (3) promote products and services to you, (4) contact you regarding your use of the Application, such as surveys and other research methods, (5) to contact you by email regarding account status, changes to any account agreement, and/or to confirm account registration. In addition, if you provide your email address or other contact information in connection with a request for product information, Simple Open House, an advertiser, affiliate, partner and/or other third party or parties, as applicable, may use that information to contact you, (6) To improve your user experience and/or to measure interest in various areas of the Application, (7) to manage Simple Open House relationships with Affiliates, customers, and other third parties to which Simple Open House may disclose personally identifiable information pursuant to this Privacy Policy, and (8) To facilitate site administration, analysis, research, reporting, development, optimization and other internal purposes, including, without limitation, to compile Usage Data.

To use certain features of the Application, you will need to submit certain information of your customers, such as names, email addresses, and real estate preferences (“Customer Data”). Simple Open House will not steal, market, sell, or share with any other party your Customer Data, unless required to by law or regulation. Your Customer Data is kept confidential. Only authorized Simple Open House personnel have access to view Customer Data for customer service and abuse-monitoring purposes.

Simple Open House may provide your personal information to third parties under the following circumstances:

• Simple Open House employs other companies and people to perform tasks on its behalf and needs to share your information with them to provide products or services you request. Unless Simple Open House tells you differently, Simple Open House’s agents do not have the right to use your personal information or Customer Data we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist Simple Open House. By using the Application, you hereby consent to Simple Open House’s sharing of information for the above purposes.
• Simple Open House may disclose any personal information or Customer Data as required or as permitted by law. For example, your information may be disclosed to prevent fraud or in response to a subpoena. Simple Open House may also disclose your information as needed to protect its legal rights and enforce the terms of this Privacy Policy and Simple Open House’s Terms of Service.
• Simple Open House may also provide your personal information or Customer Data to a buyer of Simple Open House’s business or assets.

You may request deletion of your Simple Open House account by sending an email requesting account deletion to support@sohdata.com. Please note that some information may remain in Simple Open House’s records after deletion of your account.

You may also opt-out of receiving commercial emails from Simple Open House by following the opt-out instructions included in every commercial email Simple Open House may send. You may also opt-out by sending a written request to support@sohdata.com.

If you need to update or correct any information you previously submitted to Simple Open House, please send an email to support@sohdata.com with your updated or corrected information.

Access to your Simple Open House account is unique to the device on which you downloaded the Application and created your account. It is important that you ensure there is no unauthorized access to or use of your device on which you have installed and created an account for Simple Open House in order to prevent unwanted access to your account, including your personal information and Customer Data. Accordingly, Simple Open House cannot guarantee the security of your account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of your personal information and Customer Data at any time.

Simple Open House uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, and related technology to support the Application and its related services. Simple Open House restricts access to your personal information and Customer Data only to those Simple Open House employees, affiliates or partners who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.

Simple Open House also takes special steps to protect your information via transmission over the internet by using a secure web server, which allows the Application to interact with Simple Open House’s web server via an encrypted session. Simple Open House employs an industry standard encrypted connection between your device running the Application and Simple Open House’s web server. The encrypted connection scrambles ordinary text or data into cyphertext to safeguard sensitive information during its journey across the internet. The information is decrypted, or put back into a readable format, when it reaches its intended destination. Though Simple Open House uses industry standard encryption to protect your information, failure or error in encryption and interception by third parties remain possible, and by submitting information to Simple Open House you assume the risks of these and other unintended consequences.

As business changes, Simple Open House may need to revise its privacy practices. If Simple Open House makes any material changes to this Privacy Policy, it will notify all users (and former users or non-users, if affected by the change) by posting the changes to www. sohdata.com/Home/ppolicy, and you will again have the opportunity to opt-out of having your information handled in accordance with the new policy.

Simple Open House may make minor changes to this Privacy Policy by posting the revised policy. You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy from time to time to review any changes in the information handling practices. Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses the Application after such changes have been first posted.
