To use certain features of the Application, you will need to submit certain information of your customers, such as names, email addresses, and real estate preferences (“Customer Data”). Simple Open House will not steal, market, sell, or share with any other party your Customer Data, unless required to by law or regulation. Your Customer Data is kept confidential. Only authorized Simple Open House personnel have access to view Customer Data for customer service and abuse-monitoring purposes.

You may request deletion of your Simple Open House account by sending an email requesting account deletion to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that some information may remain in Simple Open House’s records after deletion of your account.
You may also opt-out of receiving commercial emails from Simple Open House by following the opt-out instructions included in every commercial email Simple Open House may send. You may also opt-out by sending a written request to email@example.com.
HOW DO I UPDATE OR CORRECT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
If you need to update or correct any information you previously submitted to Simple Open House, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your updated or corrected information.
HOW DOES Simple Open House PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Access to your Simple Open House account is unique to the device on which you downloaded the Application and created your account. It is important that you ensure there is no unauthorized access to or use of your device on which you have installed and created an account for Simple Open House in order to prevent unwanted access to your account, including your personal information and Customer Data. Accordingly, Simple Open House cannot guarantee the security of your account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of your personal information and Customer Data at any time.
HOW DOES Simple Open House STORE AND RECEIVE DATA FROM USERS?
Simple Open House uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, and related technology to support the Application and its related services. Simple Open House restricts access to your personal information and Customer Data only to those Simple Open House employees, affiliates or partners who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.
Simple Open House also takes special steps to protect your information via transmission over the internet by using a secure web server, which allows the Application to interact with Simple Open House’s web server via an encrypted session. Simple Open House employs an industry standard encrypted connection between your device running the Application and Simple Open House’s web server. The encrypted connection scrambles ordinary text or data into cyphertext to safeguard sensitive information during its journey across the internet. The information is decrypted, or put back into a readable format, when it reaches its intended destination. Though Simple Open House uses industry standard encryption to protect your information, failure or error in encryption and interception by third parties remain possible, and by submitting information to Simple Open House you assume the risks of these and other unintended consequences.
